Oak Cottage Details

• Cottage sleeps up to 2
• Oak is all on one level, no stairs. Small galley kitchen/sitting room with a dining table 2 chairs, electric log effect fire, TV/DVD & CD players, 1 sofa.
  
  The kitchen has a microwave, electric cooker and oven, kettle and toaster. All kitchen utensils and crockery supplied. All bed linen, tea towels, bath and hand towels supplied.
  
  Adjoining the cottages is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and board. There's ample parking space, and behind the cottages there's a garden with seating overlooking the Severn Valley. The cottages are set away from the road accessible by a paved track, giving guests peace and quiet away from the limited traffic in the area. The cottages are 2.5 miles from the market town of Llanidloes and 4.5 miles from the Hafren forest.

• Cedar cottage has a double bedroom with wardrobe and storage cupboard and a twin bedroom with an in built cupboard and chest of drawers. We can also provide a camp bed with linen if a third guest is to share the twin room. A cot and high chair are also available upon request for babies. The bathroom is upstairs and has a shower. Downstairs there is a sitting room with two sofas, coffee table and TV/DVD & CD players. The kitchen/dining room has a dining room table with 6 chairs, an electric cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster & fridge. The kitchen is supplied with cooking utensils, crockery & glasses.
  
  Adjoining the cottages is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and board. There's ample parking space, and behind the cottages there's a garden with seating overlooking the Severn Valley. • Sleeps max 4 in 1 double bedroom and 1bunk bed room (ideal for children) both bedroom upstairs. Duck down duvets on beds.

  Kitchen/Sitting room with table and 4 chairs. Kitchen has microwave, electric cooker and oven, fridge, toaster and kettle. All kitchen utensils, glasses and crockery supplied. All bed linen, tea towels, bath and hand towels supplied.
  
  One small well behaved dog permitted. Dogs not permitted upstairs or on furniture and must be kept on a lead outside.
